So I can send a fully executed purchase contract as well as the MLS highlight sheets because they need that to get your mortgage process going to step number two, under Section 4.2.
You will see the name of the brokers that the deposit has to be made out to if it’s a bank draft, ie transfer, wire transfer, whatever it is, make sure if it’s a bank draft, the name of the real estate company the right amount, as well as take a picture of that before you drop it off. Where do you drop off that deposit it will state the real estate agent’s name as well as their brokerage information.
