Buying a home in Edmonton, Alberta (Part 2)

BUYING A HOME IN EDMONTON, ALBERTA 2

Number two, we’re going to talk about what is step number three. Now step number one was to send me your mortgage information so we can send the paperwork in number two was to make sure the deposit is made out to the correct people. Step number three is to fulfill the inspection condition. Now, given that you have that as one of your conditions, I’m going to be attaching a list of home inspectors that I’ve used in the past. So, my clients, I’ve used in the past, they’re very good, but I’m 100% okay for you to use whoever you wish because it is one of the biggest financial decisions that you’re making. I want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with the people’s use, in my opinion, always Google the home inspector.

Make sure they’re fully licensed, and make sure they have a lot of experience inspecting mobile homes, condos, single-family, homes, and whatever you’re purchasing. So at the end of the day, they don’t miss anything. Once the inspection has been fully finished, what are we going to do mean you’re gonna look at the report, we’re gonna go through the whole report and look at the major things now in the home inspection. there’s going to be a million minor things that are going to come up but the major things that we’re going to look for are any foundation cracks if the roof needs to be replaced right away, if anything was leaking, then we can renegotiate or we can figure out if we need to create an amendment.
