I’ll keep this simple: Mashal is the realtor you want in your corner. At one point in the deal, something came up that could’ve easily turned into a headache, and he handled it before it ever became my problem. That’s the difference between an agent who’s just processing paperwork and one who’s actually working for you. I’ve bought and sold enough properties to know the difference, and Mashal is the real deal — sharp, proactive, and always a step ahead. Smooth and painless. Absolutely knowledgeable virtual viewing, referal to a superb mortgage broker, inspector and lawyer who swiftly got everything done. I just spoke to Mashal the other day randomly casually on social media and today I own a properly for almost $20k below asking price and few repairs done for free due to Mashal's diligence. I just said hi to the guy and I get an email saying congrats on your first home. 100/100 class.
